The purpose of this page is to provide contacts to member breeders of the MVLRC. All breeders listed below are members in good standing of the Miami Valley Labrador Retriever Club and have agreed to abide by the the club's code of ethics. The MVLRC Board of Directors strongly recommends that all breeding stock be free of hip and elbow dysplasia and all hereditary eye diseases. The absence of OFA, CERF, or ACVO clearances should alert the buyer to inquire as to the condition of hips, elbows, and/or eyes. Inclusion in this breeder list does not imply endorsement by the MVLRC. Any complaints against members of the MVLRC in their breeding or selling practices should be put in writing, signed by the complainant, and brought to the attention of the Board of Directors of the MVLRC by mail (Nadine Glaub, 1173 Davis Rd., Hamilton, OH 45013) or email ( labmagic@aol.com ). |

Excellence in all respects is our goal. We breed primarily for dogs that have the intelligence and temperament to be working, companion and performance dogs that also are well-behaved family members in the home and out in public. We have one bitch currently in our breeding program: Int'l CH U-CDX Sunshine's Hope MD Cotton, CDX NAP NJP RAE, call name "Aspen". She has OFA Excellent Hips, OFA normal elbows, heart and thyroid and is CERF Clear, Optigen A, full dentition. We plan to breed her to dogs of similar quality. Conformation to the breed standard as it is currently defined in AKC breed rings is a secondary, although still important consideration. Aspen is a proven performer in obedience, agility, hunting and therapy dog work, with many American Kennel Club and United Kennel Club titles, and is still early in her show career. She was the #1 dog in AKC Novice B obedience in 2005. She also holds an American Temperament Testing Society certificate and is a member of the Delta Society, visiting primarily hospitals devoted to children. |

We offer multi-purpose Labradors capable of showing in the Conformation ring, hunting in the field, competing in the Obedience ring, and sleeping comfortably on your couch or bed. BonaVenture Labradors are low-key English Labradors that are bred from OFA cleared parents. Our puppies have excelled in the show ring, are great hunting partners and have graduated as service dogs in bomb detection, search and rescue and assistance dogs. They are first and foremost our beloved companions and will make a great addition to your family as well. |
